High-performance CBN Sharpening Stone

KDTU Blade Beast is a high-performance CBN sharpening stone designed for fast metal removal, aggressive cutting action, and demanding sharpening work. The stones use a silver hybrid bond that combines high cutting efficiency with excellent wear resistance and a strong self-renewing working surface. The CBN abrasive is particularly well suited for modern high-hardness steels and is designed for rapid stock removal, edge repair, and reprofiling.

Available Options

The Blade Beast series is available in a wide range of grits, from coarse stones for major reprofiling and damage removal to finer stones for edge refinement.

• 125/100 — 160 grit — coarse grinding and major reprofiling.
• 80/63 — 240 grit — coarse sharpening.
• 50/40 — 325 grit — sharpening and refinement.
• 28/20 — 650 grit — honing.
• 14/10 — 1500 grit — fine honing.
• 7/5 — 3000 grit — fine edge honing and polishing.
