How a Crazy Passion for Knives Turned into a Family Business (Spoiler: No One Was Hurt, All Knives Are Sharp)

It all started six years ago right here in Estonia with a classic male fascination. My husband, Aleksandr, suddenly got obsessed with knives. Not in a sketchy way, but in the most aesthetically demanding way possible: he was frantically searching for the ultimate sharpening systems. He searched, dug through forums, and tested everything until one fine day he found the one. The exact systems we are now proud to stand behind and share with you through TSPROF EU.

We are Olga and Aleksandr, and behind these six years isn't some cold corporate business plan, but a genuine family adventure, endless love for what we do, and, of course, razor-sharp blades.

Our crew consists of the two of us and three boys. The oldest has already flown the nest and is busy cracking books at university in The Hague. The two younger brothers-in-arms are still with us: one is conquering elementary school, while the youngest is successfully running the show at daycare.

In short, there’s never a dull moment around here. When we’re not shipping orders or testing out the latest gear, you won’t catch us sitting at home. We are total adventure seekers at heart: we love taking off on road trips, hitting the mountains, riding motorbikes, hosting noisy dinners with friends, and soaking up as much quality time with our kids as possible.

All of this is to say—we know a thing or two about good gear, great adventures, and truly flawless edges that will never fail you, whether you’re out in the wild mountains or cooking at home.
