Master (Quick Clamps + Axicube Shift)
This kit comes with TSPROF Quick Matte Clamps, the most advanced TSPROF clamps with a quick-release mechanism. They open up a new level of sharpening convenience: knife clamping takes just one movement and no longer requires a screwdriver. It is a perfect solution for chefs and mass knife sharpening.
It also includes the new angle finder from the TSPROF K4 — Axicube Shift. It sits on the far abrasive stop. It can be quickly and easily removed to reduce abrasive weight during sharpening and for easy charging away from the sharpening system. Far and close abrasive stops' positions are interchangeable.

The main components of the sharpening system body are machined from aircraft-grade aluminum and finished with matte black anodizing.
The adjustment knobs and locking screws of the rack-and-pinion height adjuster, the thumb screws, the clamping force adjustment nut, and the swiveling mechanism cover are coated with a polymer-ceramic coating.
This choice goes beyond aesthetics and directly improves the system’s durability. The anodized coating protects the metal from corrosion and minor mechanical damage, resists environmental exposure, and keeps its color over time.

Built-in Axicube Shift Angle Finder
One of the abrasive holder stops is equipped with the Axicube Shift electronic angle finder (an updated version of Axicube-i) featuring a special rail mounting.
You can work either with the angle finder installed — securely fixed to the holder using magnets and a fastening screw — or without it, reducing the load on the stone during sharpening. The fixing screw can be installed on either left or right side.
Axicube Shift shows the current sharpening angle with an accuracy of 0.1° and helpts helps to control the sharpening angle in real time and track angle changes, for example, when changing the abrasive.
The bright display makes it easy to understand the readings in any light. The angle finder has a durable aircraft aluminum housing and is resistant to vibrations.
The Axicube Shift has a removable Li-pol battery and charges via a USB - USB Type-C connector. When the battery is low, the device displays “Lo.” upon startup. Charging takes 15–20 minutes at up to 0.5 A and 5 V.
One hand stepless angle setting
The K03 Pro has a rack-and-pinion height adjuster with a sliding part with toothed gearing, which allows stepless adjustment of the sharpening angle in the range from 10° to 39° (from 8.5° with fillet clamps) with a total angle of up to 78°.
The height adjuster has an additional rod that can be used either to increase the angle to the maximum value or to compensate for the stone thickness and can be locked with a screw on both sides of the body.
The sliding part is driven by a brass-toothed wheel and connected to the response part with a dovetail, which ensures angle setting absolute precision. The steel-brass pairing ensures smooth movement of the slide.
The angle measurement scale is laser printed on the front side of the slide for visual control of the angle setting.
One-hand hassle-free knife flipping
The unique semi-automatic turning mechanism can be activated with adjustable pressure and has reliable auto-locking. Thanks to the system of springs and bearings, the clamping frame turns over without the mechanism wearing out. The permissible error when turning the clamping arm is 0.3°.
Flat-end or backed stones up to 8" in. long
The universal abrasive holder has no metal backing plate (compared to older K03 versions) and allows you to use any abrasive stones with the sharpener, both on a backing plate and without it, thanks to the special geometry of the abrasive clamps, which fix the abrasives as securely as possible.
The high-rigidity steel rod has an increased length of 694 mm. It consists of two parts connected with an aluminum sleeve coupling with a three-point mounting, giving the connection maximum alignment. The coupling is locked with a convenient thumbscrew which allows one motion locking.
