The K4 rack and pinion height adjuster allows easy, fast, and precise setting of the sharpening angle. 

Locking of moving elements of the unit can be done with one hand and ensures reliable locking in the desired position. 

3 Step Angle Adjustment

The new angle setting mechanism has three adjustment levels:

• rough adjustment (accuracy up to 1°) with an extendable slider;
• fine adjustment (up to 0.1°) with a rack and pinion mechanism;
• ultra-fine adjustment (up to 0.01°) with the micro-adjustment unit.

The micro-adjustment unit allows you to change the angle with maximum precision, which is particularly useful for deburring and working with the finest abrasives. 

Black Matte Anodizing

The main body components of the height adjuster are made of aircraft-grade aluminum with matte black anodizing.

This choice goes beyond aesthetics and directly improves the system’s durability. The anodized coating protects the metal from corrosion and minor mechanical damage, resists environmental exposure, and keeps its color over time.

The smooth matte surface feels pleasant to the touch, requires minimal care, and helps your professional tool maintain a clean, flawless appearance throughout its entire service life.

Compatibility

The unit is compatible with Profile K03 devices. To install, unscrew the two rack lift mounting screws located at the bottom of the sharpening system post using a 3 mm hex key. Install the TSPROF K4 rack lift and secure it with the screws.

Attention

The standard parking from the TSPROF K03 sharpening system does not provide reliable fixation of the rod in the TSPROF K4 hinge unit. We recommend purchasing the TSPROF K4 parking for secure rod fixation.
