TSPROF Quick Nut, brass, three-position

Three-position brass nut for TSPROF Quick clamps. Designed to minimize the difference in jaw spacing between individual clamps.

Adjustment Instructions

To adjust the distance between the jaws of TSPROF Quick clamps, follow these steps:

1. Unlock the clamps.
2. Adjust the locking position on each clamp so that the distance between the jaws during locking is as close as possible to the same value.
3. Place the clamps against each other and unlock one of them.
4. Using a 2 mm hex key, loosen the steel screw on the nut that secures its position.
5. Adjust the position of the nut. Turning clockwise decreases the distance between the jaws; turning counterclockwise increases it.
6. Lock both clamps with the eccentrics and check the distance between the jaws.
7. Repeat the adjustment if necessary.

Shifting the nut in either direction by one third of a full turn changes the distance between the jaws by approximately 0.6 mm.

The acceptable difference in jaw spacing when locked in the same position is:

• 0.8 mm for TSPROF Quick clamps
• 0.6 mm for TSPROF Quick Fillet clamps
