This is more than just a replacement part — it’s a complete upgrade. Originally developed for the TSPROF Kadet K2, the swiveling mechanism is now available separately. It gives you the functionality of the new model without having to purchase a new sharpening system.
Push To Flip
The auto-locking swiveling mechanism eliminates unnecessary steps: there is no longer any need to manually lock and unlock the mechanism when flipping the clamping arm to sharpen the other side of the knife.
Locking Force Adjustment
Special adjustment nut in the center of the arm allows you to control the force required to flip the clamping frame — from a light, easy movement to maximum locking force.
- Minimum Force - For quick and comfortable blade-side changes. Especially convenient during finishing operations.
- Maximum Locking - For intensive sharpening and heavy metal removal, when vibrations could cause the frame to rotate unintentionally.
You choose the balance between speed and locking reliability depending on the task at hand.
Compatible Only With Kadet Pro!
The Kadet K2 swiveling mechanism upgrade is compatible with TSPROF Kadet Pro systems equipped with a rack-and-pinion height adjuster. Before purchasing, we recommend confirming compatibility of your sharpener with our customer support.
Compatible With All Clamps, Except Blitz
Kadet K2 swiveling mechanism upgrade is compatible with all TSPROF clamps except Blitz.
Works With Axicube One / T2
The integrated angle finder platform provides compatibility with Axicube One and Axicube T2.
Full-metal
The main components are made of high-strength steel and aircraft-grade aluminum, with a matte black anodized finish for durability and additional surface protection.
Installation
- Loosen the locking knob on the hinge unit and remove the hinge unit.
- Loosen the locking handle on the rack-and-pinion lift.
- Install the swiveling mechanism onto the arc-shaped rack.
- Insert the hinge unit into the mounting hole in the arc-shaped rack and secure it with the locking knob.
Attention: clamps, abrasives, and the base are not included. 1.5 mm and 2 mm hex keys may be required for installation and adjustment.
